The soprano Ksenia Belolipetskaya and the pianist Elina Linchevskaya come for the first time at Technopolis 20 and invite you to a journey of ‘opera and romances’, on Friday, 21st of April 2023 at 20:00. The programme will include famous arias from operas by Puccini, Cilea, Chaikovskiy, Rimsky-Korsakov and also romances by Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov.

A few words about the musicians
Ksenia Belolipetskaya is an operatic soprano, winner of music competitions, soloist of international opera prejects and concert singer. Ksenia was born in the Russian city of Electrostal, Moscow region. From the early ages, she was interested in music and opera singing. At the age of 16 she entered the top music college in Moscow region, named A.N.Skryabin at the piano and vocal faculties. Along with the educational curriculum she also took part in different competitions and concerts. She won the first price at the International Giulio Perotti Competition in Germany, also a first place at the Open International Competition D. Kabalevsky in Russia and in the 14th Moscow International Competition of Russian Romance “Romansiada” in Russia. She won the 2nd place at the “Vivat Artist” 2018 in Moscow and was finalist at the “Nico Dostal” Vocal Competition 2016 in Vienna. Right after graduation from the college she entered the Academy of Choral art at V. Popov in Moscow (Educator N. Popova). Over the course of studying at the academy Ksenia has played the parts of Donna Eleonora in "Prima la musica, poi a parole" (Salieri) at the Drama and Music theatre (2015, Moscow), Countess Almaviva in “Le Nozze di Figaro” Mozart (2016/2017), Bianca in “La Rondine” Puccini (2017, Moscow), Mercedes in “Carmen” Bizet (2017, Rheinsberg) where she participated in summer international festival for young opera singers “Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg”. In 2019 Ksenia sang the part of Frasquita in “Carmen” in Zaryadie Hall, Moscow. On 2019-2020, Ksenia played two musical roles in performances in the Drama theatre in Moscow. Ksenia leads an active concert activity, is a soloist and organizer of classical music concerts.
Elina Linchevskaya is a Russian pianist who received her first musical education at five years old. At the age of fourteen, she entered the Central Music School. Later, she continued her studies at the Russian Academy of Music in Moscow with Professor A. Sevidov. She performed in many cities in Russia. After coming to Cyprus, almost 20 years ago, she organized a Piano Duo with the Czech musician Zbynek Maruska. She also performed with various Cypriot musicians. Her programme includes works by Russian, Cypriot and other composers.
