About the Event
The band is based on a collaboration between Antreas Yerolatsitis (guitar) and Omiros Miltiadous (drums). After many years of playing together in different band settings, styles and concepts, the two musicians are joined by Marios Charalambous on tenor saxophone and Kyriakos Kestas on double bass to form the full Allusion Quartet.
The jazz quartet will present mainly their own compositions, influenced by other music genres, such as pop, funk, soul, blues, modal and free. This makes every performance an interesting variety of sounds and grooves. Improvisation and spontaneity, collectiveness and interplay are some of the main characteristics of their playing style.
