About the Event

The 1970s was a golden decade for music, and many iconic songs from that era are still beloved to today. Enjoy a musical journey that will feature some of those iconic 70s songs that have left an era. The concert will take place on the 17th of April, 20:00, at Technopolis 20.

A few words about the musicians: Georgia Kombou (mandolin) is the only Cypriote female bouzouki player in more than 40 years. She is a twice award-winning composer from the Global Music Awards in California and released albums with Fm Records. She participated in concerts with Thanasis Polykandriotis, Babis Tsertos, Andreatos, Peggy Zina, Theodoridou, Aslanidou, Kraounakis, Dionysiou, Kotsiras, Violaris. S he composed music for Babis Tsertos and Nena Venetsanou and for a foreign film. The last years teaches instruments of traditional music. A great milestone in her career was the acquaintance with Mikis Theodorakis and the release of "ZORBA" in video clip with his own license.

Sotiris Konstanti (voice) is a dynamic and versatile professional singer with a passion for delivering captivating performances across a spectrum of musical genres. Proven ability to connect with diverse audiences through emotive vocals and stage presence. Adept at adapting to different musical styles, he brings a unique blend of skill and passion to each performance. Sotiris is a Vocal teacher with specialization in Performance.

Konstantinos Economides (classical guitar) was born in Limassol. He studied Economics at the University of Macedonia-Thrace, and classical guitar at the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki with professor the distinguished guitarist Kostas Kotsiolis. His credits include appearances in various concerts as a soloist, but also in Chamber Music Ensembles in Cyprus and abroad.
