About us
Technopolis 20 with the vision to provide, through its artistic and educational program, a point of cultural production and meeting, where it will support the local cultural and artistic scene and will satisfy a wide range of audiences.
As an open space of culture, accessible to everyone, has the ambition to accommodate all kinds of art, theatre, dance, music, visual arts, cinema, literature, to promote the classical but also the contemporary art, and to develop a creative and artistic culture in the city of Paphos and not only.
Technopolis 20 is an arts company that organises events, both in its venue but also in other locations. It opened its doors in September 2014 and during these years, we organised and hosted a large number of varied events, we collaborated with a variety of artists from Cyprus and abroad, and with important artistic organisations and institutions.
Who We Are
Marina Symeonidou & Markella Neocleous
Marina Symeonidou studied music at the University of Bristol and has a Master's degree in composition at the University of Surrey. She has a special interest in film and theatre music, and she has worked in the education field as a teacher of music.
Markella Neocleous has also studied Music at the University of Sheffield and has acquired a Master's degree in Cultural Policy and Management at City University London, while she also holds the LCCI Higher Certificate in Public Relations and MBA from Cyprus International Institute of Management. She worked at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin and with her return in Cyprus she worked for four years in the field of Mass Media (Sigma TV Channel and Phileleftheros Publishing Company).
